July 9 --
Today I had a much shorter day of sight seeing. We went to Atlanta Botanical Gardens and I saw lots of neat plants, including a Venus Fly Trap! I also saw some tiny frogs, some fish, and BIRDS!!

On the way to the gardens I tried putting Mommy's sunglasses on my foot.

Mommy and I were looking at the fish in the water.

I gave the frog a hug...


...and a kiss!

After the gardens we went back to the hotel and I took a long nap. Daddy went off to explore for a little while and Mommy and I hung around reading books and playing games. We walked over to the pool to put our feet in but I had other plans. First I had to stand on the first step and then I had to touch the water with my hands. When I reached over to touch the water I got my whole bottom wet. Mommy decided that since I was half wet I might as well play in the water so I got to go swimming :)

For dinner we went to a place called "Steak N Shake". Seriously.

I wore the Steak N Shake hat.


Daddy and I read a book together. He asked where the otter's nose was and I pointed to my own! I'm still working on possessives...

July 9 --
I had another a big day today!! First we went to CNN and went on the tour. We weren't allowed to take pictures due to security policies so I have nothing to share. I learned a lot :)

After CNN we went to the Westin Hotel, which houses the Sun Dial Restaurant. We didn't eat at the restaurant but we went all the way up to the top of the hotel (where the restaurant is located) to go to the observation deck.... on the 72nd floor... via a glass elevator. (Mommy hates heights)

After we left the Westin we went to the Georgia Aquarium. Did you know aquarium means house o'fish?

Daddy took me down to see the divers that were swimming with the whale sharks. There were so many fish and I wanted to find Mommy to show her.

July 7 --
Today we went to Yellow River Game Ranch. I saw lots and lots of animals and got to feed and touch most of them! I had so much fun...

I fed a fawn...


...and a deer...


...and I pet the deer while he chomped on his carrot...



I saw a bear (actually 7 bears)...


...and this duck...Mommy says he's "Darth Maul Duck" (whatever that means)


..and I fed a pig..


...and a donkey...

July 6 --
Today we went to the Children's Museum of Georgia and then went swimming at our hotel.

There were lots of balls to play with at the Children's Museum. I ran around and picked up as many as I could.


See all the mechanical stuff that moved balls around? It was so much fun to watch!
